Empire State Games

I'm off to the Empire State Games for the next few days.

Format:
10 mile Individual Time Trial
Road Race
Points Based Crit (sprint every few laps_
40 mile Team Time Trial

Hopefully it will be a successful weekend for the western team! I know that I am ready to go!

I had some good legs during the Dutch Wheelman Crit, but I just hesitated a bit too long deciding to cover a break, alas it was the one that stuck. I tried to bridge to it, came close after chasing for almost 2 laps, but the headwind got the better of me. Went back to the group and remained there for the race, with a few laps to go I tried to bridge again with another few riders, but we were caught. 2 laps to go I put out a solo attack and stayed away until the last corner...
