Cycle for Hope Charity Spinning

On February 3rd from 9am to 3pm, several fitness centers in the Rochester, NY area are holding a Spinning Event.  The Event "Cycle for Hope"  is a Fundraiser for Camp Good Days and the Golisano Children's Hospital.  

Last year's event drew nearly 200 cyclists, who together raised $10,000.

The minimum ride time is 1 hour and the maximum is 6.  I will be riding for ALL 6 HOURS!!

The Iron Butterfly in Victor is where I'll be participating. Anyone that wants to bring their own bike and trainers, they are willing to accommodate us!!
